Black Desert Online new class is revealed and South American launch is confirmed:
The 13th class to be added to Black Desert Online has officially been revealed on the South Korean website and is due for release later this month for the South Korean servers; the release date for a world wide release hasn’t been provided just yet.
The upcoming class is the Dark Knight and according to details from the Korean website, the class is a Dark Elf race exclusive. The website and official teaser show the Dark Knight as a female Dark Elf and as the website is in South Korean, it’s not possible to know any other details about the class just yet. Hopefully an English version of this information will be available soon and a release date will be provided for other regions.
Black Desert Online has been officially confirmed for release in South America; so far, there has never been a successful Korean MMORPG in the region but the developer and the new South American publisher are hopeful that Black Desert Online will break this streak.
The game will be published by RedFox Games who has published a range of MMO games in the past including Cloud nine, Nine Dragons Awaken and Legend of Ares. There is no official release date for the South American region but gamers should assume that it will be launched in 2017.
It’s possible that the new class will be released worldwide when the game launches in South America; the Dark Knight will be released in South Korea on December 15th so Western players should expect to see it coming to their games in early 2017.
