Bless Online Is Apparently Not Coming America And Europe

If you’ve been looking forward to checking out Bless Online in the West, we have bad news. According to several news sites, Neowiz have moved to cancel the publishing contract for BO with Aeria Games. The former was in charge of publishing Bless Online in America and Europe.

Unfortunately, it looks like we’ll never see a fully translated and western version of the game. Currently, only the Japanese version outside of Korea still exists and is on track for publishing later in 2017. The indications are however, that the game isn’t doing to well there either.

There was a Russian version with its own servers, but that got shut down earlier this year. What does this mean for the game in general? Is it struggling or is Neowiz moving towards other genres that similar Korean companies are doing?

Aeria Games and its parent company Gamigo have yet to publicly acknowledge the cancellation. So unless your Korean or Japanese is fluent, it looks like this game is going to remain in the east.

A lot have tried and failed to bring export their games to the West. To-date, Black Desert Online remains the most popular Korean MMORPG import.
