KRAFTON is hosting a new PUBG: NEW STATE Alpha Test this August in certain regions in Asia and MENA & Turkey. In addition to being available for Android users, this upcoming Alpha Test will also be open for iOS users.
PUBG: NEW STATE’s Second Alpha Test will be focused on measuring an early version of the game’s performance, server and network stability, and in-development gameplay systems. The feedback we receive during the Alpha Test will help ensure we meet the expectations of the community when PUBG: NEW STATE is released later this year. During the Alpha Test, players will be able to drop into Troi, a futuristic 8×8 map, where they will be able to experience distinct gameplay features in advance of launch and explore a section of the PUBG universe in 2051.
Please see below for key details.
- Application Period: August 9, 2021 (04:00 UTC +0) – August 23, 2021 (12:59 UTC +0)

The Alpha Test will be available to players in the following regions:

- Sri Lanka
- Chinese Taipei
MENA & Turkey

- United Arab Emirates
A lot of players outside of these regions are eager to jump into PUBG: NEW STATE, but it’s important for us to conduct a regional Alpha Test to measure performance, network stability, and key in-development gameplay systems to ensure that we can give you the best gaming experience at launch. By limiting the Alpha Test to these regions, it allows us to gather key data without diverting too many resources away from development.
