LawBreakers Sets August 8th As Launch Date For PC And PS4

For more good news rolling out of the PC Gaming Show 2017 at E3, LawBreakers also gets a release date. The upcoming MMOFPS game is set to make its worldwide debut on August 8th for both the PC and PS4.

Member of the development Cliff B also points out that the game will retail for $29.99, without any hidden paywall. That’s a good way to win over the fans we reckon. Preorders for LawBreakers will start on today, June13th on Steam and PlayStation Store.

As for early access and headstarts, none have been confirmed say for a couple of betas. The first is a closed beta even that will begin on June 28th. The second is the game’s open beta, open to all for a good period, from June 30th to July 3rd. Cliffy B also says that any feedback that is given during the two betas will be taken seriously and could affect the final product. Always good to hear that from developers – too often have betas become soft launches for MMOs.

LawBreakers is set to release in earnest then. The game has a lot of promise, and it’s all action FPS game play with unique classes and characters will try to wow fans away from Overwatch. Will it succeed or fail? Let us know in the comments below.
