24 Entertainment is excited to announce that NARAKA: BLADEPOINT, the hugely successful 60-player action combat game is providing a new game mode for fighting game fans. Now it’s time to take your skills into the brand new 1v1 mode – think you’ve got what it takes? Inspired by the movie ‘Bloodsport’ combatants will fight to the death using only melee combat. In a ring with 16 others, you will have to win every single 1v1 match in order to reach the Bloodsport finals.
There is a catch.. Players can’t use the same hero or weapon, which you’ll pick before every round – until the last round starts. If your skills grant you access to the last round, it will be the best of three.
Other rules include a time limit of 75 seconds per round – so no running around, you’re here to fight! With increased melee resistances, fights will offer a deeper back and forth action pattern with more chances of outplays and last-minute comebacks. Players will be able to use their normal ability – but ultimates are disabled.
