Swords of Chult Update Coming To Neverwinter On October 24th
New content is coming to Neverwinter in the form of the Swords of Chult update. It’s an update to the already live Tombs of Annihilation, and will go live on October 24th.
The biggest change in the update will probably be towards the PvP side of the game. There will be a lot of tweaks to combat mechanics such as Tenacity, PvP item scaling and diminishing returns to CC.
In addition, the temporary solo PvP queue is being made permanent, due to popular response. Elsewhere, new PvE content is also arriving with the new update. Players can expect a new endgame Skirmish that tackles the dangers found within the jungles of Chult.
“The dangers found within the jungles of Chult now threaten the walled city of Port Nyanzaru in the all-new endgame Skirmish “The Merchant Prince’s Folly”. Players must rally to eliminate ferocious dinosaurs, yuan-ti, the undead, and bands of batiri goblin!”
Overall, a great content update is heading your way, Neverwinter players. Cryptic’s free to play action MMORPG is going from strength to strength since the Tomb of Annihilation update.
