Latest World of Warcraft Patch Reduces Difficulty Of The Mage Tower Artifact Challenge

World of Warcraft has reduced the health pools of several mobs in the new mage tower artifact challenge. In the April 19 hotfix, Blizzard brought down the challenge that many players have been calling difficult. Some of the hardest hitting mobs have had their health pools reduced by ten to twenty percent.

The mage tower artifact challenge is being run by players to acquire new skins for their artifact weapons. The new patch should make the challenge bearable now, which will be great for all players.

Not all the health pools were reduced however. One of the key mobs, Kor’Vas Bloodhtorn had his health doubled. It’s important to remember that Blizzard has made known that acquiring artifact skins were always going to be a challenge.

The hardest part is of course, balancing the amount of challenge for players versus the reward. This was one challenge that became a little too hard unfortunately.

In other news, the same patch also including some small tweaks. Beacon portals will now last an addition 10 seconds longer, and Sentinax beacons are now vendorable. The latter is an especially great inclusion considering they were hogging bag spaces for everyone.
