New Living World Season 3 episode released for Guild Wars 2:
The next chapter in the Guild Wars 2 story has been officially released by developer AreaNet with the release of Episode 3 for Living World Season 3; the story expansion also includes a new area for players to explore, challenges and more.
Living World Season 3: Episode 3 – A Crack in the Ice was launched yesterday on November 21st and sends the player on a mission to the northern Shiverpeaks in search of information about the Elder Dragons. There are plenty of discoveries for players to make in this portion of the story and a new legendary friend to make in the form of Jormag the Elder Dragon.
It also comes with a new legendary shield called “Shooshadoo” and some quality of life updates to improve the features in the game.
Newcomers to Guild Wars 2 will be pleased to hear that the Heart of Thorns expansion still has a 50% discount on the current sale price; this is only for the first expansion however so anyone looking for a lower price second expansion pack will be disappointed.
Those who have purchased the Guild Wars 2 Living World 3 expansion will now be able to explore the latest episode in the story and visit the new zone of Shiverpeaks.
